Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

International Shipping
ntrendo.com currently ships to a select number of international destinations. International rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please note that shipping rates for international orders do not include any taxes, duties, or fees the destination country may require. The recipient is responsible for these charges upon delivery.
Damage or Lost Shipments
ntrendo.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your damaged order, please get in touch with the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claim process.
Return Policy

Returns

Return Process

Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping address.
Pack the item securely in the original packaging and include the RMA number.
Ship the returned item to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund.
